[NA-User] NA 10.56 Busted for ARCI Parties

Version 10.54 worked fine for the QRP ARCI contests.  But when I loaded 
a previously generated QDF in 10.56, it apparently shifted the QTH to 
the left in the field and lopped off the first character.  For example, 
"NJ" becomes "J", "TX" becomes "X", etc.  Out of 444 QSO's, 380 went in 
the "BADQSO" file.
