[NA-User] WPX Cabrillo log

How do I should indicate in the Cabrillo log that I operated from the ZERO 
call district when my call is from the NINTH district?

I don't want to be inadvertently listed with the USA 9th district entrants.

I posed this question two times to the WPX Contest Director but have not 
heard back. The log submission deadline is approaching. :-(
