Try setting a speed normally with the ALT-F9 (or ALT-F10) keys. Then press
ALT-V. I think you will see a change of 4wpm. For more of a change you can
set a different variation of speeds by setting a speed as above, press ALT-V
and then ALT-F9 (or 10) and set a different speed, press ALT-V again to
toggle between the two preset speeds.
