[NA-User] IARU Mults (HQ's)

Is there are way to have the HQ station mults put into the mult list file 
before the contest?

I was just thinking that if there was a list of HQ mults already in the mult 
file I could avoid having some IARU newbies have to deal with telling NA to add 
the mult the first time it is worked.
