Hi, Mitchell,

No, the CATVI package is, unfortunately, not the same.  The concepts are the 
same as some of those files, but this one is not an ARRL pub, even though I 
wrote it.  The CATV package is designed to teach your cable operator what is 
needed to fix  CATVI problems.  We would put it on the Web, but would run 
into some copyright issues, so we stick with the paper copies (we secured 
permission for those some years back).
