Trying to resolve a problem with static -- probably coming from the power
line. Anybody here have experience using Infrared photography to locate
bad connections on the power line? So when the linemen get here I can
point out EXACTLY which piece of hardware is giving me such grief.
Believe it or not, they actually asked me WHICH part had the bad
connection. I thought this time I'd have something specific for them.
Your thoughts?

p.s. this is High Speed Infrared Film for Black and White prints -- no
slides, no video cameras. Only video cameras I've heard about that can
record infrared also TRANSMIT infrared. Sort of like a flash unit except
the frequencies are different. That won't help.
