I am in the process of revising ARRL's Web pages on RFI. One of those pages
will be a large page on the overall problems of interference from unlicensed
RF emitters. From that page, I want to link to various sources of
information (ARRL and other) about specific devices.
Here is my cut at a list. What else causes enough interference to warrant a
separate page? Keep in mind that many electrical and digital devices fit
into those pages adequately.
Type of Device
Automotive http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/rfiignit.html and
http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/rficar.html
Cable Television - http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/catvi.html
Computers and digital devices - http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/rficomp.html
Dimmers
Electric Fence
Fluorescent lighting
Home Phone Networking devices - web page coming
Intermodulation (VHF) - http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/intermod/
Touch lamps - http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/touchlamp.html

Switching Power Supplies
Thermostats and heaters
Wireless Modem and Telephone Jacks -
http://www.arrl.org/tis/info/rfiteljx.html

Any additions to this list or comments on the content of our existing pages
(some need work, IMHO) will be appreciated.
