[RFI] RFI: Corded phone RFI

Use a ferrite toroid. Unplug the line cord from the phone. Run it throught
the toroid 3 or 4 times. Plug the cord back into the phone. This usually
works. Use F82-43 toroid. If not successful use a F140-43 toroid. -Jack,
