To reduce electrical noise from computers, try different video card
drivers.  Often video cards are installed and either auto-detected or a
default driver is used.  The result is generally good video performance
and the owner simply puts away the video driver disk.  However, for
optimum performance and sometimes electrically quiet operation, install
the manufacturor's current video drivers.
Since much of the most popular contest software is DOS based, you may
have to install both DOS and Windows drivers depending on your system.
