[RFI] Power line RFI tracking

I picked up an 18 element 1.47 GHz yagi at Livermore (ten bucks!) and 
strapped an Alinco DJ-X10 wide band receiver to it. While I doubt it 
is useful for general powerline noise hunting, it may be of 
help once I've identified a pole or block.
