WOW!!!  I didn't know that!  7 Mhz is clearly marked on all spectrum charts 
I've ever looked at.
Now what kind of moron would design something like that?  

WAIT!  Wasn't the S-video created by Sony?  Seems to me they design for the 
most RFI possible.
