[RFI] Re: [ham-law] Reminder - Deadline for Comments on BroadbandOver Powerline NOI

I am unable to read any filed comments from the gullfoss site at www.fcc.gov. 
 

I get what seems to be a download process, Acrobat going through its normal 
startup, and then just a blank white page  (with the comment "done").

Is there a secret to reading filed comments?
