The updated version (ISBN 0-9653760-2-8) is excellent and well worth the $25
investment. I share info like this with a NYSEG troubleshooter I work with
(and have found problems that eluded him) invaluable. Now, when I give him a
call (his phone, not a switchboard), he believes me.
