In NY State, as one example, the plow trucks use it on simplex to coordinate snow removal in the winter. In Georgia, Georgia Emergency Management Agency uses it for statewide links including in cites. The Georgia State Police have it, and they respond to any major situation even in cities. I'm a little surprised CHP is highway only. _______________________________________________ RFI mailing list RFI@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/rfi |
