Please do let us know. As near as I can tell, in the US digital devices
in appliances are exempt from certification, but still can't generate
harmful interference.
The trick is that it then becomes, in my reading, the fault of the
owners of the device to remedy the situation, which of course they can't
do without turning it off.
In my case, I was the owner of the device, and it is off for now pending
a solution to the problems. You probably won't make friends with your
neighbors, but my guess is that you can complain to IC about them. I
believe these new washing machines are exploiting a loophole in the law
that wasn't designed for these kinds of devices, and I suspect that it's
going to turn into something like the Perfect Fit Electric Blanket
fiasco that Ed Hare &co brought to the FCC's attention a couple of years
ago. In this case, though, it's multiple manufacturers -- Whirlpool's
is done in Germany, for example.

There was one OM on this list with a Gibson who solved his problem with
a big AC line filter. I'm remodelling the house right now, and putting
in a Ufer ground under the laundry room, so I can try a line filter as a
best effort, but I don't think that will fix it, because the problem
with mine seems to be emitted from the control panel rather than
conducted along the power lines (as tested with a hand-held radio).

Once you get some more info on this, maybe we can get together and write
an article for eHam or QRZ.com and see if we can gather some more
evidence, and then go to the ARRL and RAC and try to get them to take
some action on our behalf.
