[RFI] Motion Control

I have severe QRN from a Motion Control Security light.  Does anyone know of
a source for such devices that does not generate noise?  Perhaps made in
Europe?
Has anyone modified such a device to reduce noise. ( I am aware of common
mode chokes, I mean internal modification.)  Any help would be appreciated.
