[RFI] RIDDEX rip-off and possible RFI generator?

Hi Gents,

I've been seeing ads on local TV about a device
that they claim will eliminate bugs, etc. I thinks it's 
just a SCAM.  But, suppose your neighbor actually buys 
the thing.  I would think it has the potential to radiate 
RFI with its "Patented Digital Pulse Technology"!!

Does anyone have experience with this?:
