[RFI] 33cm band - Grace accountability

this device is being used by firefighters.
It transmitts a spread sprectrum signal around 909Mhz.
It has about 1 mile range.
When I go to 
http://www.graceindustries.com/
T pass multichannel monitoring system states no license required.

It does not talk about the frequency or what other services that are on this 
band.

I do not operate 33cm but do not want to loose it; like we did 220Mhz.
