Um - unlikely this is the root cause.
Those are bulk capacitors - who main job is to provide stable voltage levels
to the silicon components during dynamic changes in the current.
The caps that would affect EMI would be small - likely ceramic caps - near the
connectors.
Is it possible that by pressing on the caps - a better connection is being made
to the chassis?
Also - it wasn't explained how close the antenna is to the computer. If it is
within 50 feet or so - this kind of interference might not be easy to totally
eliminate.
