Howard,
I see Jim made some excellent suggestions (as he always does).  I sort of 
recall someone else had a problem with a photo sensor when using compact 
fluorescent bulbs, but not an issue with an incandescent bulb.

If it the fix was posted here you might wish to check the previous posts.
