No, I remember seeing those and deciding they wouldn't do what I needed...
digital and satellite tv prevents most of the tvi we used to have to find,
and home owners just aren't that worried about noise on AM broadcast stuff
now that they can stream the audio in much higher fidelity than over the
air. The place I have been trying to clean up didn't even notice that there
was interference to AM radios. Maybe what I was looking for was a figment
of my imagination.

Couldn't find pamphlet so I wrote a note to him that included a copy of
http://www.w0qe.com/RF_Interference/grow_light_electronic_ballasts.html and
http://transition.fcc.gov/eb/AmateurActions/files/Grow_11_09_30_5275.html
and told him i didn't care what he was growing I just wanted to get rid of
the noise... and a couple hours later one of the same ballasts shown in the
w0qe article along with a 1kw lamp were in my shack... details have been
added to:
http://wiki.k1ttt.net/2012%20Maintenance%20and%20Upgrade%20Blog.ashx?NoRedir
ect=1#160mrfi just keep scrolling down, its getting to be a long saga with
lots of spectrum shots and now filters.

Long ago and far away I remember a pamphlet being available that you could
give to neighbors that were generating noise to explain what they were doing
was bad. It was apparently an arrl/cea collaboration but the arrl doesn't
have it any more. Anyone got a copy of that one or something like it??
