What's your opinion? I think this petition need some tweaking... For one
thing, it assumes that all RFI is generated by some kind of device, which
when found can be banned until the RFI problem is fixed. That's a good
idea, but what about RFI from faulty power lines?
Does this guy have it in mind to establish a nation-wide agency that will
investigate all reports of RFI all over the country? Or is he thinking of a
localized "testing lab" where devices can be tested? Or does he want the
government (FCC) to decide what type of investigating it will do? The
latter is probably what will happen unless the petition is more specific.
Good idea, but it needs some work.
