[RFI] My noise - yet another report

Now this is interesting:

Within the last hour, my constant 10-20db over S-9 noise level is now 
sitting at a constant S-8.5 in USB and CW.

What was previously a constant 20db over S-9 in AM, 6 KHz BW, is now S-9 
plus a bit, maybe 5 db.

This is the lowest I have seen it in over a year.

This on 80 meters, where it has been worst.

This is a reduction in noise level of around 20 db, possibly more.

Coincidence?
