Me too. Where I live, is not a high crime area, but even wandering around in
someone's back yard might very well have me under a police car spotlight and
some questions. My neighbors are very gracious, they let me in to check the
noise from a dimmer one day. I felt like I was invading privacy which I was.
I wish, the powers that be would stiffen up the rules or do what ever needed so
that we don't have to do this sort of thing. That is, to snoop around
neighborhoods looking for dimmers and crap tv's on our own. I don't like it
one bit AND I shouldn't have to do it!
