So far, I've replaced about 7 CFLs with 60 to 100 watt equivalent LEDs.
Two 120 watt floods in the garage. I just took them off the shelf at
Lowe's and Ace. There are natural light and warm white. No noise from
any has been detected so far. I need to bring the spectrum analyzer in
for a thorough check.

Thank you for posting your results. Information about what makes noise
and what is (relatively) quiet is hard to find. I will say I am
surprised. So far I have avoided LED lamps (A19 style) and use a mix
of incandescent and CFL where appropriate.
I would have thought the switching rate would have been in the 100kHz
range with harmonics radiating.

Thanks; that should get me far more accurate data than what I did.
Since sending my earlier note, I made some measurements. I have posted
them at:
   http://www.lexort.com/blog/amateur-radio.html#sec-5
The quick summary is that all 5 types I have tested are not detectably
noisy from 160m to 6m, and 3 of 5 cause S1 noise to a 2m receiver with
the antenna just under 1m from the lamp. All in all this is a great
outcome.
