Very well stated and a logical outcome. Tact with purpose will work
with the group that owns any kind of understanding of their better
interests. Those others in the remainder can learn, but it will take
pressure from those they need help/permission from. Those few
remaining will be disciplined in ways that either effectively teach
or, remove them.
Nice article, you might consider sending it to QST or CQ.
