Is there a good model line filter I can use to mitigate the issue?
Lotsa luck.

Alarm company equipment and systems are notorious for their RFI susceptibility. Call Kidde and tell THEM to fix it. Any product that isn't a radio should not receive or be affected by radio signals. If it does, it's defective. If they won't fix it, demand your money back.
