Those question marks usually come from some user (you, or him, in this case)
using an
Apple computer in conjunction with Outlook (which I consider to be a total POS,
BTW).
If you and/or he were to switch to a WinDOZE box, you would find those odd-ball
characters
to be gone.
BTW, I was an IT Pro for many years. beginning in about 1970, so I do have some
experience with this stuff.
My favorite OPSYS is FreeBSD.
