Here’s a price and stock survey on ferrite toroids and clamp-ons for ham RFI
applications. I post this occasionally. Some of the entries were updated a
couple months ago, others are older. Stock status fluctuates... Anyway, this
will give you a general comparison of prices and plenty of alternate sources to
check. And you’ll quickly see why Palomar Engineers is the last place you want
to go when buying ferrite.

ordering. When ordering 2.4-inch toroids, order in multiples of 10, then most
suppliers will pack them in original factory-molded foam sheets.
Call these companies for quotes. Prices in larger quantities often beat
