Subject: [RFI] Pirate FM stations

I live near Paterson NJ. On any given day we have at least w/o illegal
Spanish stations who actually do paid advertising. In one case I heard a
spur within the aviation band. I’ve notified the FCC. Months later they
shut a station down, only to have it start up on another frequency. I’ve
seen the paperwork naming two individuals, over and over. No fines are ever
collected!--
