Do you mean to say must "meet the limits"?
God forbid products should be of decent design, and quality, and achieve
perhaps 1/1000th of the limit, rather than get right up against the
edge, and be RFI spewing garbage.
I see the problem... Lower the limit.
Let them "meet the limit" at a level that isn't an issue. Moving a
decimal point three places to the left in a single sentence of the
regulations should solve the global issue for eternity, and would make
offenders stand out like a case of dynamite going off in a parade of
nothing but sparklers, if it can be seen, heard, or has any impact at
all, it's a problem, no question.
It's a limit, not a goal... Strive for indetectable. Indetectable is a
good limit. Let's start there. Change the limit, let the garbage die
off en cours, and, in ten to twenty years, the planet should be
RFI-free, much as what has happened with plasma TVs.
Certainly that'd be far easier than people who don't matter, spouting
off to those that don't care, yet are complaint. (people complaining
about those that work within the system)
