Dealt with? No. Observed? Yes, since the mid-90's, and getting worse
with old hardware, switching mode power supplies, electronic
controllers, and LED lights. The worst was a ~300 hundred foot high
lone tower in the desert, that radiated hash for several miles from LF
to VHF.
The same low-quality poorly designed garbage that affects us
"hobbyists", also affects critical life saving infrastructure.
