If you really want to dig into the morass of bureaucratically determined by
multiple committees, the standards and limits within the RF / RFI world,
it's all accessible on the FCC page, CFR 47, which IS the FCC. Also dig
into C-63.4 for test methods. A good starting point is the following

Remember, the FCC has no immunity requirements as the EU does.
