I've been involved in testing WriteLog with MMTTY and
there has been a lot of activity on the WriteLog reflector concerning
the new exciting new addition of MMTTY to WriteLog.
I wanted to report to this reflector that the combination of
WriteLog with MMTTY appears, to me anyway, to be a new
revelation in RTTY contesting. Others have compared it
to using RITTY (by K6STI) with WF1B RTTY, saying it's
equal or better. It's the "Windows version of RITTY". Only
that it works with almost any soundcard, not like RITTY.
Having used the combination in both NAQP RTTY and the
Russian RTTY contest, I am so convinced that it is so far
superior than anything I've ever used that I will be using it for
next year's ARRL RTTY Roundup.
For anyone serious about RTTY contesting on this reflector
and not already using WriteLog should consider it immediately.
I am not a WriteLog spokesman nor do I get any of the profits.
I just wanted everyone to know that there is a new combination
going that's revolutionizing the way we (or at least I) do RTTY contesting.
