[RTTY] Problem w/Kam

Hey Guys,

I've recently developed a problem with my Kam.

When powered up the HF xmit Led and the first two leds above the Mark
tone (tuning aid) stay illuminated and the unit does not respond to
RS-232.

I suspect the internal 5V regulator, but wanted to ask if anyone has
experienced this problem, before I open the case and start poking
around.
