I just "spoke" to VP8GEO on 15m SSB and I think they are aware of the
problem with Trey's roving signal on RTTY. I "think" the op said this is a
problem of the rig heating up on RTTY (or overheating?). They are not a
tower of strength on the West Coast on 15m (though they are booming in here
for hours on 20m cw) so I am guessing a little. I don't know what Trey has
in mind to fix the problem (I fear he may already have reduced power, which
might account for his poor signal compared to the VP8GEO CW/SSB signals) but
I expect he will be back daily on RTTY for an hour or 2, as usual, so we can
check again then.
