As much as I believe the results should be web-published, that violates
the publisher's copyright, unless you have permission.
What I believe is a reasonable accomodation to the publishers is that 2
months after the results are published in their magazines, that they be
released for web publication. I believe that serves everyone's interests,
and decreased the badwill currently being generated.
