The P5 website confirms this http://www.amsatnet.com/p5.html.
No official word yet seen on the ARRL Website. But it appears that
the decision was released today and that P5/4L4FN does count
for DXCC.
Awaiting official confirmation from the ARRL which will probably come
in the form of DX Bulletin expected on 19 July.
This is way cool!
