[RTTY] XW1IC and CY9DH cards

Hi all,

I have found out that the cards for XW1IC and also CY9DH are due out some
time in October, so we should see them soon.

Bagged Francois as 3XY6A earlier today on 10m, so mighty pleased with that,
although I am a bit low after thinking I had worked P5/4L4FN, but now find I
am not in the log!
Ah well, there's always another day!
