[RTTY] My WV0D notes about UP

I worked YV0D on 20 meter RTTY at 1325UTC on Aug 03.  I was the second station they worked 
when they came on the air that morning.

I copied the following on his initial CQ:

CQ CQ CQ DE YV0D
CQ CQ CQ DE YV0D
UP 3-5  K

After each contact it was:

QRZ de YV0D UP 3-5

I don't know if all the operators at YV0D used the same setup for RTTY contacts but I do 
know that this particular op was saying UP 3-5 after each qso.
