Yes, that's right. 
First of all, 80m of JA is very narrow (3.500-3.575). 
Since a character set is small, conventional RTTY is 
not active in JA. Especially, JA-JA QSO.
Probably Double byte PSK and GMSK will spread 
and demand's of 80m Band will increase. 

Individually, it is a much serious problem that 
the digital mode cannot be used on 160m.
