Hello,
I checked the rules just now and found nothing special about SO2R.
This is the quote:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not more than 30 hours of operating is permitted for Single Operator Stations.
Non operating periods can be taken at any time during the contest. Multi
Operator Stations may operate the entire contest period.
A summary of operating times is required with each single operator log.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(each band log is a pain, though)

Hi Patrick
American stations are allowed to transmit one signal at any time. French
stations may only have one transmitter in the room. ;-)
Seriously - I haven't checked the ANARTS rules recently, but, usually if a
contest committee wants to prohibit SO2R, they include a "band changes per
hour" rule somewhere.
