 We published JARTS WW RTTY RULES OF 2006 on our website.

 Please refer to Rules and Cabrillo Spec for JARTS contest.

 Carefully read "The file name of Cabrillo file" in JARTS Cabrillo Spec.
 Our robot will refuse those logs which have not your callsign in the
 logfile's name. And the file extension must be cbr or CBR.
