Hi Gang, I noticed a station in BARTG RTTY Sprint asking other stations to spot him/her on the PacketCluster. I think that this is outside the bounds of "proper" operating. Am I off base here? Should we really be doing this? The station in question will remain forever nameless. At least he/she is a good operator otherwise.
