Some good participation in tonight's practice round. I worked 70 stations - 24
on 40 meters and 46 on 80 meters. 40 meters wasn't
very good. Even P49X was a little weak and watery.
The biggest thrill was working North Dakota!

Missed last night's practice but I'll be there tonight. Hope to see everyone
out there on 40 and 80 between 0300-0400Z!

There will be practice sessions for the ARRL RTTY Round-Up from 03-04Z Friday
and Saturday, 4 and 5 January (Thursday and Friday
evenings NA local time). Other than local ground wave contacts, 40 and 80 will
be the productive bands.
For once we had a reflector thread that was uncontroversial and unanimous!
Everyone who responded preferred an hour practice.

Ed - P49X
