[RTTY] 100 Up on LoTW RTTY

Thanks to MI0LLL, I have finally reached 100 LoTW RTTY confirmations! It
also lifts my 20m LoTW total to 101.

Seeing as my worked total on RTTY/Digital for DXCC stands at 202, I guess it
was a bit overdue!!

Now all I need is those last 3 outstanding cards for WAZ RTTY... our postal
service is SO backlogged here it is laughable!!
