That will work fine and not have any perceptable impact on 160m performance.

I have been measuring, and I have about 200 feet for the dipole.  The 160m
element for it will be about 250 feet.  
 
I was thinking about letting about 25 feet of the 160m section dangle, and
coiled up in free space.  How much would this mess up the 160m performace?
