Here's the two solutions I see when "He wishes to keep his windows sounds on
his speakers":
1) Each time he wants to operate AFSK, go into the Control Panel "Sounds &
Audio Devices" and set the Sound Scheme in the "Sounds" tab to "No sounds".
Revert to "Windows default" when done using AFSK.
2) Install a second sound card and use it for all Radio Digital Mode Input
and Output. Use the original sound system (motherboard?) for all the Windows
noises. The benefit here is that no changes will be needed when getting on
the air.
