I prefer sending the exchanges multiple times, not the individual elements
of the exchange repeated. I figure if there's QRM for a moment the odds are
the exchanges after each other have a better shot.

So for your example I'd send
001 DICK MO 001 DICK MO
and I'll have a macro for sending the exchange 1 time, 2 times and 3 times
as needed based on the conditions at that moment.

I'll wrap the call signs around that.
