[RTTY] Sample Cabrillo format for ARRL RTTY Round Up

I just checked the following link from the ARRL
web pages for the RTTY Round Up and could not
find an example of the format required for the
RTTY Round Up

I know some programs generate Cabrillo formats;
however, I would like to find an ARRL (blessed) web
page showing the required format to double check
my format before the contest.
